Sweet carousel

We present to you Sweet Carousel, a new regional project and a unique journey through tastes, smells, traditions and stories that connect people. The host of this unusual sweet caravan is the famous confectioner Petar Žuljević. For him, pastry making was never just about making cakes, but the art of preserving memories, getting to know new places and people, as well as an opportunity to breathe a completely new face into traditional recipes.

Together with Petra, the audience will embark on a dynamic journey through the region. During this sweet adventure, we will have the opportunity to meet top local confectioners, their cities, hidden customs and specific tastes that have shaped their creations. From Novi Pazar to Mostar, from Montenegro to Slovenia – this carousel will stop at various stations, but with one goal: to always bring us back to the same table, where people can understand each other, get to know each other and connect. We invite you to board and embark on this unforgettable journey with us. Welcome to Sweet Carousel!
