Tastes of Slovenia

Every corner of Slovenia is a separate story, and Slovenian gastronomy has taken the best from the cuisines of the neighboring countries – Slavonian, Italian, Hungarian and Austrian, and thus has become rich and diverse. Kitchen TV presents traditional Slovenian cuisine in a modern way. Manuel Časar, a young chef from Portorož, has an enviable resume – from top hotels on the Slovenian coast, where his gastronomic bravado is remembered for the most discerning guests, to the title of Slovenia’s sommelier. Through 12 episodes, he will present traditional dishes from the seven Sovenac provinces, but prepared in his own way.
