Women from Poljice

In the very heart of Central Dalmatia, in the embrace of the two rivers Žrnovnica and Cetina, which pull the rocky mountain Mosor towards the sea, are Poljice. The gastronomic series Women from Poljice brings us six girls and women of all generations from Upper, Middle and Lower Poljice. Through 12 traditional dishes from these parts, they will show us how to “eat, drink and live” in this area from ancient times to the present day.
